June 2

This afternoon around 12:30pm we raised the anchor and headed off across the lagoon. At the start of this short trip the sky was gray and rainy, but we had spoken with another boat anchored across the lagoon where we were headed and they reported clear skies and sunshine. The wind was blowing about 15-20 from the East and we motored into it at 4k looking for coral patches, and avoiding them, the whole way.

Afer and hour the rain had stopped and we were in bright sunshine, making it easier to see the coral we were trying to avoid. By 3pm we had arrived and anchored in 25ft just to the West of the Easternmost motus (there are two here).
