The day was not very much fun. Everyone slept. The crew is still seasick. Jonah is barfing regularly and can't hold any water down, but the Commander has managed to keep her cookies, though she is not mobile.

By night we had 35-40k and we were down to a reefed main and a snip of staysail. We were still making 7+ knots!
