December 28
Today is Sunday the 28th and we are heading back to the anchorage at
the town again. The weather today, as yesterday, is fabulous. Sunny
and hot with only a few puffy clouds. The ITCZ (convergence zone)
seems to have moved East and South of us finally letting us out from
under the blanket of clouds and rain.
Christmas day was not so wonderful, weather wise, with regular rain
squalls marching through during the day. We did get a period of dry
weather (though not much sun) during the party between 2pm and 5pm and
a good time was had by all. We had a lovely time at Anemwanot and plan
to return here in a few days assuming the parts we have been waiting
for have not arrived yet.
