This morning we departed from Tenacitita at about 10:45am and proceeded in a South Westerly
direction from the bay toward Barra de Navidad. We are again towing our dinghy the short distance
to Barra and plan to be anchored in time for lunch at noon. The weather is calm and settled with
very little wind. The sky is mostly sunny and the temperature is about 80f.
We arrived in Bahia de Navidad at around 1pm and anchored in 25 feet of water. We then set the stern
anchor as there is a swell entering the bay which makes lying to the wind uncomfortable (the swell is
from the SW and the wind from the NW).
